What you'll work on

• Maintain Azure-hosted Kubernetes clusters and build Infrastructure as Code with Pulumi/Terraform, improving pipelines across frontend and backend
• Deploy and configure Keycloak, including federation, SAML/OIDC/OAuth2 flows, role mappings, and custom auth flows
• Build ETL pipelines and middleware connectors for data integration, and support deployment of AI and text-extraction services
• Own network and identity security (Cloudflare, Nginx), extend observability with Grafana/Azure Monitor/Mezmo, and run incident response
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship, helping shape architecture and technology choices

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of DevOps experience focused on Azure
• Strong IaC experience (Pulumi/TypeScript and/or Terraform)
• Production-grade Kubernetes and Docker
• CI/CD and GitOps track record
• Excellent English

Nice to have

• Keycloak or comparable IAM (SAML/OIDC/OAuth2)
• Microservices and service mesh knowledge
• ETL/middleware experience
• React or .NET ecosystem familiarity
• AI/text-extraction curiosity
• Cost/performance tuning
• Azure certifications
• A Master's in IT/CS or equivalent experience
• Fast learner with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
